Back to training after Christmas and New Year. A triathlon training week, focusing on the training methods best used to build your winter training around, Suitable for all levels. Swimming, biking and running, to your appropriate level and using productive sessions to make the most of your week.

We like to make the weeks training suit each individual, so the below is a good guide, but we can adapt things and there will be some doing more and some doing less.

Training plan:

Sea swim. Bike to and from.


Long bike, into national park stopping for coffe and cake.


Short run.

Pool swim.
