Brilliant facilities, roads, mountains, sea and trails, all in and around the beautiful Malaga region.

January 5th – 10th Memorable. Fun. Interesting. Make friends for life. 
A camp focused on fun experiences as well as some great triathon sessions.
All are welcome, but more suited if you want a more leisurely type of camp.
Camp for Triathletes while getting to know the fantastic Malaga area.

5 nights at the Melia hotel, Torremolinos. Half Board. 15 minutes from Malaga Airport.

1700euros. (based on 2 people sharing, 850euros per person) with breakfast and dinner included.
1100euros (based on 1 person) with breakfast and dinner included.

5th Jan. Check in.

6th Jan.  Swim and Run. Afternoon Walk in Malaga City Centre, coffee in the old Town.

7th Jan. Bike to Mijas.  Afternoon Caminito del Rey trip (famous restored walkways around the cliffs and canyons, less scary option also available with Bella :))

8th Jan. Sea swim in Torremolinos with swimming support and short run, Afternoon Cable Car trip to highest point in Malaga. 

9th Jan. Bike up Puerto del Leon, Late Lunch (to be paid individually) in Malaga port then walk in the old town.

April 6th – 10th

About the camp:

5 nights at the Occidental Playa, Torremolinos. Half Board. 15 minutes from Malaga Airport.

1700euros. (based on 2 people sharing, 850euros per person) with breakfast and dinner included.
1100euros (based on 1 person) with breakfast and dinner included.

Day 1:
Swim with advice on technique and training methods.
Run with advice on technique and training methods.

Day 2:
Morning Bike, strength work
Midday Swim, continue with work we started the day before. To suit every individual.
Afternoon Bike, continuous effort.

Day 3:
Swim. Continued swim practice for each individual. Strength and Speed work.
Brick. Triathlon specific brick session.

Day 4:
Long Ride. Opportunity to ride your race distance in the beautiful Malaga province.

The area around Málaga offers mountain roads and trails but also slightly less challenging roads where you can quickly clock up the kilometres while enjoying the scenery and the occasional coffee/tapas stop to refuel and rest. Some camp highlights are:

  • Cycling in Axarquía, Almogía, Pizarra or Sierra de las Nieves
  • Guadalhorce Nature Reserve, a place with more than 15 km of tracks with different combinations
  • Outdoor swim sessions in heated pool and in the sea
  • Run along the Paseo Marítimo

Málaga Airport is the 4th largest airport in Spain and is served by many low-cost airlines.

  • Nearest airport is Málaga Airport (5 km).
  • Málaga City is very close and worth a visit!
